1. Tenders are invited from Contractors Registered with Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) under Grade G5 with Category CE14 (Landskap) atau B09 (Landskap) with 100% locally owned, for the following project:-
KERJA-KERJA PEMBINAAN TAMAN PERMAINAN BAGI PROJEK PEMBANGUNAN GURNEY WHARF DI GURNEY DRIVE FASA 1 DAN FASA 2

2. Tenders Table Documents will be displayed from 31.03.2022 to 01.04.2022 during office hours as follows:-

DAY TIME

Monday to Thursday : 8.30 am – 12.30 pm
2.15 pm – 4.00 pm

Friday : 8.30 am – 12.00 pm
2.45 pm – 4.00 pm

At the office of Bahagian Kontrak & Ukur Bahan, Ibu Pejabat JKR Pulau Pinang, Jalan JKR, Sungai Pinang, 11600 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang.

The Tender Document will be sold online from 31.03.2022 to 21.04.2022 at the times stated above. The Tender Document will not be sold beyond this period.

3. Tenderers who wish to participate in the Tender above will be required to payment online only.

4. The Tender Document will only be issued to authorized representative of the Tenderer. For this purpose, the Tenderer’s representative will be required to bring with him the original letter of registration Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) and “Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan”(SPKK).

5. Tenderers who wish to participate in this tender are required to attend a compulsory pre-tender briefing (Virtual) and register at Google Form, which will be held on 22.03.2022 to 27.03.2022

6. The closing date of Tender is on 21.04.2022 The tender must be submitted by hand or by Registered Post and deposited in the Tender Box at the office of:-
