One of the tasks of the Information Technology division (IT), KKR is to provide technical support to all the offices within the Ministry. Technical services include Maintaining the system, Monitor and Repair any damages to the computer systems within Ministry of Works.
Objektif
The purpose of this guide is to explain to all the offices within the Ministry to request for technical services from Information Technology Division, Ministry of Works.
