Mission
  • Empower KKR's ICT development through strengthening infrastructure and applications that are integrated, dynamic and effective along with the latest appropriate technology.
  • Strengthen ICT culture and management towards more efficient and competitive professional services.
Objective
  • Ensuring that the Ministry's ICT program is implemented efficiently and effectively in line with the stakeholders' wishes.
  • Providing a system for delivering Government services to the public through the Ministry of Works Portal widely.
  • Increase ICT knowledge among the Ministry of Works citizens.
Activities and Functions
  • Prepare, implement and handle reviews on policies/ publication of the Ministry.
  • Develop, implement and maintain Information System.
  • Develop, implement and maintain Ministry’s Portal.
  • Manage operational of Network and ICT security.
  • Manage operational, maintenance and upgrading of Data Center.
  • Manage procurement, maintenance and write-off of ICT asset.
  • Develop, manage and maintain data base of Geographical Information System (GIS@Works).
  • Handle research on usage of geospatial data.
  • Develop multimedia applications and Corporate Video.
  • Offer helpdesk services.
  • Offer technical support in implementation of Electronic Government.
  • Coordinate and monitor ICT projects of the ministry through ICT Steering Committee.
  • Holding an ICT Literacy Program.
Client Charter
  • Respond to every ICT-related complaint received within (1) working day. ICT facility complaints will be resolved within two (2) working days.
  • Ensure access to KKR's Official Portal and ICT services operate well at least at a level of 98% per year.
