Client's Charter

MINISTRY OF WORKS CLIENT'S CHARTER STATEMENT

We personnel of Ministry of Works (MOW) are committed to provide professional and quality services as well as to guarantee clients satisfaction in carrying out our duties with:

  1. Ensure that traffic control actions are provided within one (1) hour for emergency works on Federal roads.
  2. Ensuring that the action of patching potholes on Federal roads is taken within twenty-four (24) hours from the pothole being reported.
  3. Ensuring minor damage complaints at the Federal Utility Building are resolved within twenty-four (24) hours after being reported by the user.
  4. Issuing a decision on the application to erect an advertisement display structure in the Federal road reserve within 120 days from the date the complete application is received.
  5. Bill payment within fourteen (14) days from the date the complete application is received.
  6. Ensuring that the acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint (preliminary response) is issued within three (3) working days from the date the complaint is received.
  7. Ensure that normal category complaints are resolved within fifteen (15) working days from the date the complaint is received.
  8. Issuing a list of frequent accident locations (blackspot) before August 30 every year.
