THE government has paid about RM150 million in compensation to the Shah Alam (Kesas) highway concessionaire after a reduction in toll for cars. Works Minister Datuk Mohd Zin Mohamed told Hee Loy Sian (PKR-Petaling Jaya Selatan) in a written reply that the payment was made after the toll was reduced to RM1.50 in 2002 from RM1.60.
