KUALA LUMPUR: The Works Ministry's library seems to be the place to hang out these days.
This was judging by the crowd that thronged the premises in Jalan Sultan salahuddin here after the declassification of toll concession agreements.
Visitors were required to register at the library's entrance and specify which contract they wanted to read.
Twenty contracts were available for viewing on the third day.
Each person is allowed a maximum of two hours to read the chosen contract.
All the contracts come in thick volumes, the thickest being that between the Federal Government and Plus Expressway Bhd.
The contracts are all in English. The public was given access to photocopies.
At one time, only five people are allowed into the library.
