To create a first-class financial management for the Ministry of Works.
Mission
- To enhance Financial Management efficiently and effectively.
- To enhance and smooth the use of electronic system in financial matters.
- To enhance the monitoring of financial management and to build up the network among all the divisions (PTJ).
Objective
- To ensure Financial Management of Operational Expenditure and Assets in Ministry of Works to be executed not less than 95% annually.
- To ensure all bill transactions with complete supporting documents are beingdone in not more than 14 days as stated in the Treasury Instructions 103 (a).
- To ensure the use of electronic system in the Financial Management in Ministryof Works is at an optimum level.
- To ensure the financial procedures are being obeyed towards zero audit queries.

Client Charter
We are committed to ensure Financial Management in Ministry of Public Works to be executed with efficiencies, effectiveness and conscientiousness. In response to the obligation, we guarantee to accomplish all the requisition as follows:
- Process bill/ invoice/ claims within 14 days of the date receiving completed applications;
- Approval an application of viremen within one week;
- Approval of acquiescence facilities and loan within two weeks, abide by the completion of applications;
- Exhibition of Tender Schedule (JKR 28) within three days subsequent to tender/ quotation closing date;
- Submission of Local Order to supplier/ contractor within two days subsequent to approval date.
