Visi

Drivers of transformation and professionalism of the Ministry of Works in leading the development of infrastructure and the National Construction Industry.

Mission

To make the Corporate Planning Division a division that practices a high level of professionalism in corporate planning, meeting management and Secretariat at the Ministry of Works.

Objective
  1. Drive Towards A Brilliant Corporate Planning.
  2. To strengthen strategic planning, key performance management and coordination of Cabinet Affairs as well as intergovernmental relations by meeting the needs of the top management of the MoW.
Activities and Functions

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT BRANCH

  1.  Managing the Organizational Strategic Plan (PSO) KKR 2021-2025;
  2.  Managing the Ministry's Risk Management Plan;
  3.  Managing the Ministry's Crisis and Disaster Management Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
  4.  Managing the Meeting of the Chief Secretary and Head of Service (KSU-KP);
  5.  Managing the Meeting of the Council of Rulers;
  6.  Managing the Chief Minister and Menteri Besar Meeting;
  7.  Managing the Meeting of the Director General of Public Services (KPPA) with the Secretary General and Secretary of the State Government;
  8.  Managing the Ministry's Service Continuity Plan; and
  9.  Manage Ministry and Agency Management Meetings.

 

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT BRANCH

  1.  Managing the Key Performance Indicators (MPI) YB Minister of Public Works, KPI Tier 1 (KSU) and KPI Tier 2 (TKSU(P), TKSU (DP), PUU) and Tier 3 SUB (BPP), SUB ( BDA) and SUB (BPJ);
  2.  Managing monthly reports for YB Minister's KPI through the MyMadani System (by MAMPU);
  3.  Managing monthly reports for Tier 1, 2 & 3 KPIs through the MyKPI System (by JPA);
  4.  Manage the Performance Review YB Minister together with YB Prime Minister;
  5.  Managing the Mid Year Review and Year End Review of the Prime Minister's Key Performance Indicators (MPI), KPI Tier 1 (KSU) and KPI Tier 2 (TKSU(P), TKSU (DP and PUU) and Tier 3 SUB (BPP) ), SUB (BDA) and SUB (BPJ);
  6.  Managing the Questionnaire and Sentiment Analysis for the YB Minister's assessment; and
  7.  Managing the Cabinet Settlement for YB Minister.

 

CABINET AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS BRANCH

  1.  Managing POSKAB / PREKAB Meetings;
  2.  Managing the Ministry's Cabinet Memorandum and Notes;
  3.  Managing the Ministry's Comments on Memorandums from other Ministries;
  4.  Managing Minutes of Post-Cabinet Meetings;
  5.  Managing the Cabinet Paper Preparation Workshop;
  6.  Managing the distribution of Council of Ministers Meeting Decisions; and
  7.  Managing the database and distribution of Cabinet Meeting Decisions.

 

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE BRANCH

  1.  Managing the administration of the Division;
  2.  Managing the administration of the Division;
  3.  Managing the finances of the Division;
  4.  Managing the Meeting of the Program Performance Management Committee 1 (PPMC) KKR; and
  5.  Managing quality and innovation.
Client Charter

We at Corporate Planning Division promise to be commited to implement ministry's policy and program with :-

  • Plan and implementing management quality programme aligned with Pekeliling Kemajuan Pentadbiran Awam Bil. 4 Tahun 1991 Dan Surat Pekeliling Kemajuan Pentadbiran Awam Bil. 2 Tahun 2002.
  • To prepare summary and memorandum of the cabinet in 2 weeks from the date instruction received, depending on receival of complete input form related agencies.
  • Coordinate publication works and to ensure MOW's annual report for the previous year is circulated by 30 September of the current year.
  • To complete tasks related to managing meetings aligned with Pekeliling Kemajuan Pentadbiran Awam Bil. 2 Tahun 1991.
