BRIDGE CROSSING PANDARUAN RIVER TIGHTENING MALAYSIA-BRUNEI RELATIONSHIP

Brunei – A Launching Ceremony for site project of bridge construction at Sungai Pandaruan held on September 13, 2011 at Bandar Seri Bagawan. The bridge construction project linking Pandaruan River and Limbang, Sarawak and Temburong District, Brunei tightened two way relationship between Malaysia and Brunei. ‘Plak Signing Ceremony’ was signed between Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Hamzah Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdullah Bin Begawan Mudim Dato Haji Bakar, Relations Minister of Brunei Darussalam and YB. Dato’ Shaziman Bin Abu Mansor, the Minister of Works Ministry (MoW).
Sungai Pandaruan separates Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam. Hence, the concrete bridge project is on time and speed up cross border trader that gives a positive impact to enhance economic and two way relation between both countries.
