Bidders must be registered with the Malaysian
Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB)

and accredited as a Grade G7 contractor.
Attendance to the briefing session and site visit is
COMPULSORY and bidders shall be represented by
officer(s) not below the position of a director of the
company. Only officer(s) whose names are stated in
the certificate of incorporation of the company are
allowed to attend the briefing session and site visit
and are required to bring a copy of the certificate of
incorporation and the company's common seal.

Failure of the company to attend the briefing session
and site visit and submit the attendance slip for both
briefing session and site visit will result in the company being disqualified from purchasing the RFP document and participating in this RFP.

The payment for the RFP document shall be made by bank draft in the name of 
“AKAUNTAN NEGARA MALAYSIA-JPM-T” and the purchase shall be made at the address below:

Information pertaining to the terms of this RFP is explained further in the RFP document. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited into the Tender Box at
Aras 10, Blok Menara, Menara Usahawan by 12.00 noon, 25 OCTOBER 2023. Proposals received after such date and time will not be entertained and considered. The Government
will not be responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by the bidders in participating in this RFP.
