SUMMARY OF MYJALAN APPLICATION COMPLAINT REPORTS UNTIL 1 AUGUST 2023 - 3 MAY 2024

Since its launch, the MYJalan KKR Application, the Ministry of Public Works (KKR) has received a total of 14,441 complaints related to road damage, traffic lights and street lights, signs, street furniture, public facilities and so on.

Of the total number of complaints received, 3,914 complaints (27.10%) involved roads under the supervision of the MoW agency. The rest which is 72.90 percent or 10,527 complaints involve Town Roads (PBT), Village Roads (Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW)), Agricultural Roads (Irrigation and Drainage Department) and others where the complaints have been channeled to the department applicable.

A total of 3,268 (83.50%) complaints were resolved by the KKR agency of which 3,099 or 94.83% were resolved within one to 30 days. While 646 complaints are in the process of action.
