CLIENT'S CHARTER
We personnel of MOW are committed to provide professional and quality services as well as to guarantee clients satisfaction in carrying out our duties with:
- To ensure the quality of the development of Federal roads and Federal Common user Buildings is implemented based on the agreed concession Agreement.
- To ensure the yearly allocation of development is spent more than 96% according to the duration, standard, specification and fixed cost.
- To ensure every client’s complains received is given an initial response in within 3 working days from the date the complains were received.
- To process and approve applications of various contractor registration, within the own duration from the date the completed application was received.
- To publish ‘Road Traffic Volume Malaysia’ before 30 June every year.
- To process and approve applications for ‘Skim Kumpulan Wang Amanah Kontraktor (SKWAK) in within 30 working days from the date the completed application was received.
- To organise ‘Pertandingan Kemahiran Malaysia’ (Malaysia’s Skill Competition) annually.
