  Monday - Thurday 8.00 am- 5.00 pm
 
1.00 pm- 2.00 pm (BREAK)
 
2.00 pm - 5.00 pm
  Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
 
12.15 pm - 2.45 pm (BREAK)
 
2.45 pm - 5.00 pm

   Services :   

• Receiving customer feedbacks and complaints.
• To assist and provide comprehensive information on MoW and agencies.
• Attending to customer’s presence to ministry.
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls .
