Can I track the status of my internal complaints? How?

Yes, you can. By checking the application status in the Internal Complaint System that will state 4 levels of status of pending receipt of the complaint, sent to the technician, complaint complete and complaint dismissed.

How to make an application for setting up a display advertisement in Federal Road?

Application procedures can be found on the website of the Ministry of Public Works (http://www.kkr.gov.my/tatacara-permohonan) and applications must be made online at http://esite.kkr.gov.my/terkini/. Completed applications should be printed and submitted to the Division of Development and Privatization, 4th Floor, Block A, Ministry of Public Works with Bank Draft / Money Order being payment for the application processing fee.
