Towards Excellence Of Development and Maintainance of Federal Roads

  CLIENT’S CHARTER

 We, personnel of MOW are committed to provide professional and quality service as well as to guarantee clients’ satisfaction in carrying our core duties with:

• To ensure the quality of the development of the Federal roads is implemented according to the duration, standard, specification and kos as required;
• To ensure that the quality of the maintenance work of the Federal roads and Federal Common User Buildings is carried out according to the concession agreement as agreed;
• To ensure that every client’s complaint received is given an initial response with three working days from the date it is received.

QUALITY POLICY

The Ministry of Works is committed to build and maintain the country’s road networks efficiently and effectively to bring comfort to the road users and subsequently generate the country’s development. To achieve those goals, MOW shall:

   to ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is established in line with the needs of the MS ISO 9001:2000;

   to identify the weaknesses in the organization and implement QMS continuous improvement with involves the the total participation of the staff and

   to ensure that the resources and infrastructural needs in MOW are sufficient to implement QMS;

This Quality Policy will be reviewed from time to time in the Management Review Meeting so that it stays suitable and effective.
