CLIENT'S CHARTER

We, members, of the Ministry of Public Works are committed to provide quality and professional service and ensure customer satisfaction in performing the core tasks:

  • Ensure the quality of the maintenance work of the Federal Road and Communal Building is carried out according to an agreed concession agreement.
  • Ensure annual development allotment spent more than 96% and adhere with the period, standards, specifications and established boarding.
  • Ensure that each customer complaint received given initial feedback within three (3) working days of receipt. .
  • Processing and approval of various contractors’ registration within the stipulated period from the date of receipt of complete application.
  • Issuance of ‘Road Traffic Volume Malaysia' before June 30 each year.
  • Processing and approval of the Contractor Trust Fund Scheme (SKWAK) within 30 working days of receipt of the applications
  • Organizing Skills Competition Commission (CPM) once a year.
QUALITY POLICY

Ministry of Public Works is committed to building and maintaining the road network efficiently and effectively to create user comfort and thus generating development. To achieve these goals, MOW will:

  • Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) created is in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
  • Identify weaknesses in the organization and implementation of continuous improvement of QMS that involves the full participation of staff and enable efficiency through the use of ICT tasks.
  • Ensuring adequate resources and infrastructure in MOW to implement QMS
  • Quality Policy will be reviewed from time to time by the Management after the review Meeting to be always appropriate and effective.
