GUIDE ON PAYMENT OF CLAIMS TO THE CONCESSION COMPANIES FOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKS
From the year 1998, the maintenance works of Federal Shared Buildings by the Ministry of Works have been privatized to Concession Companies.
Payment for the said works is made by the Ministry every month upon receipt of claims from the said Companies.
This guide is issued to explain the claims payment process to facilitate the Companies involved when making claims
