Vision: 

To create quality and competitive Bumiputera contractors in line with the objectives of BCIC towards 2020.

Mission: 
  • To create capable contractors in all fields.
  • To assist in enhancing the Bumiputera contractors capabilities to compete in the open market.
Objective: 

  • To ensure the registered contractors are of quality.
  • To enhance the ability and current skills of Bumiputera contractors.
  • To improve the existing registration system to meet the current needs.
  • To ensure active participations of Bumiputera contractors in implemented projects.
Activities and Function: 

The tasks and responsibilities of PKK as established by the government on 11th April 1984 are divided into four sections :-

  • Registration centres and other related works for all contractors at federal and state levels.
  • Certification of Bumiputera status to qualified contractors.
  • Reference centre for mathers involving contractors.
  • Guidance and assistance centre for Bumiputera contactors involved in contracs with the Govermant Department/Agencies that do not have their own special units to assist the contractors.

PKK is comitted to providing efficient, fast and friendly services.  All appplications for registrations of contractors received will be processed within the stipulated time in accordance with the PKK Client Charter : -
