Vision:

To generate genuine Bumiputera construction entreprenuer society that includes contractors, professionals, supplies and manufacturers who are committed to and be able to develop progressively and participate actually in achieving the objectives of Bumiputera Commercial and Industrial Community (BCIC).

Mission:

To give meaning of "Bumiputera" to Bumiputera contractors who get the projects by virtue of Bumiputera status.

Objective:

To help the Ministry of Works to undertake its functions which are related to Bumiputera participation in projects carried out by the Ministry and its agencies.
To act as facilitator and give guidance to develop Bumiputera construction entreprenuers that consists of:-
1. Main contractors
2. Sub contractors
3. Hardware vendors
4. Supplies/manufacturers
5. Consultants

Activities and Function:

The implementation of Bumiputera Construction Industry Entrepreneurs.
To monitor the development/growth of Bumiputera construction contractors who are involved with MOW and its agencies.
The implementation of Bumiputera Contruction Industry Entrepreneurs Matchmaking Program.
The implementation of the Assistance Service to the contractors Program.
The implementation of Leaking Study In The Implementation Of MOW, PWD And Client Ministries Projects Program.
To monitor the 10% distribution of work contracts to F Class Contractors for projects under the supervision of PWD.
The implementation of the Training Program and Construction Industry Entrepreneurs Seminars.

Client's Charter:

To process and approve application on Skim Kumpulan Wang Amanah Kontraktor (SKWAK) in 30 days from the date a complete application is received.
To reduce annual leakage level at least 2% in a year.
To manage payment claims in 9 days period.
To give feedback about complains regarding Usahawan Industri Binaan Bumiputera in 3 working days.
To prepare contractor's letter of undertaking in 10 working days after receiving approval from top management.
