This Portal also gives opportunity to public to get to know more about this organization, vision, mission and function of MoW and its department together with MoW's agencies. Besides that, other customers of MoW and the publis can also report any complains to MoW through e-Aduan, a service in Portal. They also can give views and suggestion on how to help this ministry to upgrade the services using e-Maklum.
