Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh dan Greetings, First of all, I extend a warm welcome and happy surfing on the Ministry of Works (MOW) portal to obtain important information about MOW and the departments and agencies within its jurisdiction. The portal will educate the public about the organization, its vision, mission and functions of the Ministry of Works, departments and agencies within. In addition, MOW customers and the public can also submit a complaint to MOW by e-Complaint. They can also contribute their views and suggestions to help the ministry make improvement in terms of services. I believe that the quality of the system deliverance of an organization is able to make the administration more effective and efficient. The ministry will continue to adopt a pro-active attitude in dealing with any issue involving the interests of the people and the country.
