Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh and Greetings,

First and foremost, I would like to extend a warm welcome and happy surfing the Ministry of Works (MOW) portal to obtain important information about MOW and the departments and agencies within its jurisdiction.

The invasion of communication technologies has opened up new dimensions in the way we think, act or interact and indirectly making ICT technology, a powerful strategic approach to an organization, especially in engineering more dynamic services. Now the portal acts as a very important medium of communication between the government and the people. Our ability to optimize the use of ICT, particularly through the portal will be able to change the way we work, offering accurate and faster customer friendly services, therefore improving the quality of deliverance.

The portal would also provide an opportunity for the public to know more about the organization, its vision, mission and the functions of the Ministry of Works and departments and agencies within its jurisdiction. In addition, MOW customers and the public can also make full use of the online services that are provided in this portal and interact with MOW officials virtually through e-customers. Through this system, MOW customers can give their feedback, suggestions or complaints to help the Ministry improve the quality of deliverance.
